ClerkMinutes deserves credit for proving that clerks want AI help with minutes; it reports more than a thousand municipal customers. If you are a city with several busy boards and a clerk’s office, it is a solid choice.
QuorumBook was designed for a different customer: the township or borough with one part-time secretary, a board of supervisors that meets once or twice a month, and a planning commission and zoning hearing board that meet less often. For them, paying per board or hitting a meeting cap is the main friction, so QuorumBook covers every board for one flat price and adds the records a township keeps besides minutes: the resolution and ordinance register and recording retention.
