What it costs compared with doing it by hand
A secretary paid $22 an hour who spends six hours on the minutes of a two-meeting month costs the municipality about $264 in time. QuorumBook costs $39, and the review takes well under an hour.
Our commitment. If QuorumBook does not save your secretary at least two hours in your first paid month, tell us and we will refund it.
Buying through your board
At $390 a year QuorumBook sits far below every state’s quote and bid thresholds, so it can be approved on your regular bills list. If your board needs a quote, a W-9 or a sample of the output first, email us and we will send them the same day.
Questions about billing
Is the price per user or per board?
Neither. One flat price per municipality covers every board and commission and up to five users.
What counts as a meeting?
One recording processed into one set of minutes, of any length up to four hours. Re-drafting the same meeting is free.
What happens after the two free meetings?
Nothing is charged automatically. You choose monthly or annual billing when you are ready; until then your drafts stay available.
Can we pay by check, ACH or purchase order?
Yes. Annual plans can be invoiced with net-30 terms. We provide a W-9 and accept tax-exemption certificates.
Can we cancel?
Anytime. Monthly plans end at the close of the billing month. You can export all minutes and registers before and after cancelling.
