These terms govern your use of QuorumBook (the “Service”). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.
1. The Service
QuorumBook transcribes meeting recordings you upload and prepares draft minutes and related records. Drafts are generated with the help of artificial intelligence and may contain errors. You and your board are responsible for reviewing, correcting and approving the official minutes. QuorumBook does not provide legal advice.
2. Your content
You keep all rights to recordings, transcripts, minutes and other records you upload or create (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Content solely to provide the Service. We do not use Customer Content to train AI models. You are responsible for having the right to record and upload your meetings and for complying with public-records and retention laws that apply to you.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your sign-in email secure. Don’t upload unlawful content, attempt to disrupt the Service, or access other customers’ data.
4. Plans, billing and cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Annual plans may be paid by invoice. Fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes; government entities may provide exemption certificates.
5. Data export and deletion
You can download your minutes at any time. When you delete a recording or your account, we delete the associated data from active systems immediately and from backups within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to account owners at least 30 days in advance.
